Unique to the Caulfield area is the Small Batch locally roasted coffee. Einstein’s uses Candyman, a light house blend and a single origin which changes by the week for those after a fresh pick me up. Locals are excited about the décor which is very industrial and in line with the scientist’s lab. From the water flasks to the names of the dishes on the menu such as, The theory of relativity, patrons find themselves being swept up in the experiment.
